Adecco Middle East is looking for Regulatory Reporting Automation - Functional Consultant for one of the prestigious client in Dubai.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities
  • The role pertains to leading & driving the Regulatory Reporting automation track
  • Drive discussions with Regulatory Reporting business teams to establish & baseline detailed Bank specific interpretations of CBUAE / respective jurisdiction regulations; Having a detailed understanding of CBUAE BRF reporting guidelines is a key pre-requisite for this role
  • Analyze the current submission reporting approach & functional logics and re-define the âto-beâ business logics based on appreciation of Bank's key Finance concepts, detailed appreciation of CBUAE regulations & Bank's functional data understanding - to enable end to end automation. I.e. define detailed business logics covering:
    • Across all distinct Reporting Line Items and define necessary hierarchies as needed
    • Across all distinct Reporting Dimensions and define Dimension Hierarchies
    • Across all distinct Metrics
    • Document Report wise Business logic definitions
  • Conduct walk thru of documented business logics with key business stakeholders seeking feedback, concurrence and sign off; Finalize the business logic documentation
  • Prepare Business Requirements Document to holistically cover all business, process and controls specific requirements e.g. Workflow process definition, GL reconciliation framework, approach for passing adjustments entries at various levels etc; Seek feedback and concurrence on the same with key stakeholders
Required
  • Looking for someone with Banking Regulatory background having a technical (preferably SQL,SAS etc,) hands on experience as well
