Corrective Exercise & Scoliosis Growth Role

Haven Chiropractic Posture & Scoliosis – Asheville, NC

Pay: $18–$25 per hour

Schedule: Full-time (35–40 hours/week)

About Haven

Haven Chiropractic Posture & Scoliosis is a corrective-care, posture-driven chiropractic practice focused on measurable structural change, not short-term symptom relief.

We specialize in biomechanics, traction-based spinal correction, and exercise-driven rehabilitation, including scoliosis management for adolescents and adults.

We are growing and looking for a high-capacity clinical team member with a strong exercise or rehabilitation background who wants to build a long-term career in corrective healthcare.

What a Day in This Role Looks Like

In this role you will work directly with patients throughout the day guiding them through corrective exercises, assisting with traction and therapies, supporting exams and imaging, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in our electronic medical record system.

The pace of the clinic requires someone who can move confidently between patient interaction, clinical assistance, and documentation, while maintaining attention to detail and supporting an efficient flow of care.

This is a hands-on clinical role where you will be actively engaged with patients, equipment, and digital systems throughout the day.

Application Step

After submitting your resume, candidates selected to continue will be asked to provide:

  • A short written response describing their interest in corrective, posture-focused care
  • Their Myers-Briggs personality type

This helps us better understand communication and work styles within our team.
