We are seeking a motivated individual with proven carpentry skills to join our installation team. This role combines insulation work with specialized door, window, and trim installation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in construction and enjoys detailed craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and other areas as assigned.

• 
  Install, replace, and weatherize doors and windows, including sealing, caulking, and trimming.
• 
  Cut, measure, and fit insulation, trim, and framing with precision.
• 
  Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• 
  Follow work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• 
  Ensure jobs are completed with high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.

• 
  Uphold Hayes’ values in all interactions with customers and teammates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience installing doors and windows, including sealing and trim work.

• 
  Prior experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction.
• 
  Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• 
  Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined or elevated areas. Comfortable with working in homes and areas that are in need of restoration and renovation.
• 
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks daily.
• 
  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 
  Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

  Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
