Job Type: Full-Time
Hourly: $16 per hour starting pay
Schedule: 8:00 – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Job Summary:

Bailey's Heating & Air is hiring Weatherization Technicians to support energy-efficiency upgrades in homes throughout the area. This hands-on role includes installing insulation, sealing ductwork, weather-stripping, and performing minor home repairs to help reduce air leaks and improve home comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install storm window kits, weather-stripping, caulking, and duct sealing materials
• Insulate attics, basements, and crawlspaces using cellulose, fiberglass, and other materials
• Conduct required weatherization testing on-site
• Prepare and assemble storm window components (glass, plexiglass, frames)
• Load/unload vehicles and manage materials in the warehouse or on-site
• Drive the company vehicle to transport materials and crew to job sites
• Maintain tools and track vehicle mileage
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in construction, weatherization, or related trades is a plus
• Comfortable working in all weather and confined spaces
• Respectful and sensitive to the needs of others
• Required: Valid state-issued driver’s license and insurable under company policy
• Must pass a background check, MVR.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs.), bend, crawl, and climb, regular use of tools, ladders, and insulation equipment
• Must be able to work in tight spaces like attics and crawlspaces

Pay Range: USD $16.00 - USD $16.00 /Hr.
