We are currently hiring for Relationship Managers on behalf of a rapidly scaling FinTech in Dubai. The company is a financial growth partner for online businesses in the Middle East and Africa. They help businesses overcome cash constraints by financing their inventory and marketing budgets, allowing them to grow without giving up equity. They are backed by elite investors and have raised over $35M in their Pre-Series A round.


Role Description:

You'll be a key player in growing our business in the UAE by identifying and managing new client relationships. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Growing the pipeline: Find and onboard new clients in the UAE, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Reaching out: Execute outreach through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, to generate new leads consistently.
  • Building relationships: Strike strategic partnerships with key e-commerce stakeholders like payment providers, founder associations, and BNPL companies to help hit monthly targets.
  • Managing the process: Update all deal activity in the CRM (Hubspot) and work with the commercial team to create customized sales plans for key clients.
  • Being a point of contact: Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they have the best possible experience with the platform.


Requirements for the role:

  • 3+ years of client management, business development or sales experience, ideally in a bank or within SME lending.
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Strong time-management skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • You're based in Dubai and can work in a hybrid environment.
