Relationship Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager for our Bancassurance – Virtual Channel in the Life Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and a passion for helping customers choose the right insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell life insurance plans through the bancassurance virtual channel.
  • Connect with potential clients via calls, video meetings, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance products.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely follow-up.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance sales (bancassurance/agency/direct channel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
