Relationship Manager

Reporting To: Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company’s sales and marketing efforts to achieve revenue targets. The role requires a customer-centric approach, strong interpersonal skills, and an understanding of real estate products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients, o ering appropriate solutions based on their needs.
  • Coordinate property viewings, presentations, and follow-ups to support the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a clear and updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions (CRM).
  • Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring client satisfaction and proper documentation.
  • Provide post-sale support and maintain communication with clients for potential repeat business or referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Admin) to ensure smooth transaction processing and customer service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, project updates, and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, or promotional campaigns, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
