The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), investors, and VIP clients. This role is focused on guiding clients through the entire buying journey, from initial inquiry to post-sales service, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized support and ensuring a premium experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand clients investment needs, lifestyle preferences, and financial goals to recommend suitable properties.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of commitments.
  • Conduct property presentations, private viewings, and site tours for potential buyers and investors.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations, documentation, and coordination with legal and finance teams.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of project features, competitive market trends, and luxury lifestyle trends.
  • Represent the company at exclusive events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the client base.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
