Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services.
- Meeting Scheduling:
- Set up meetings with qualified prospects to pitch the company’s offerings.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive sales to achieve an annual revenue target through new client acquisitions.
- Meet monthly revenue targets based on the overall goal.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 + years of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
- English language proficiency
