Role Overview: We are a fast-growing portfolio management company seeking highly driven Relationship Managers (RMs) for a hardcore sales role. 2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
  • Build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services.
  • Meeting Scheduling:
  • Set up meetings with qualified prospects to pitch the company’s offerings.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Drive sales to achieve an annual revenue target through new client acquisitions.
  • Meet monthly revenue targets based on the overall goal.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 + years of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in financial services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
  • English language proficiency
  • An entrepreneurial-minded advisor with a passion for equity investments.
  • A self-starter who can run your own practice and grow your client base.
  • A knowledgeable professional who understands the nuances of investment strategies.
