Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Actively manage sales for both off-plan and secondary market properties,with a minimum of 3 years in a real estate development
• Understand client needs, provide tailored property solutions, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Represent our company professionally during client meetings, property tours, and events.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers.
• Provide regular reports on client interactions, sales progress, and market feedback.
• Ensure excellent after-sales service and client satisfaction to foster repeat and referral business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of total experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a real estate development company handling off-plan sales with proven track record.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office applications
