We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Relationship Manager to support our Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) clients. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end client relationships, oversee onboarding, ensure ongoing compliance, and support clients with financial, accounting, and business-related requirements.

This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of investment structures, fund operations, and accounting fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for FPI clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service excellence.
  • Understand client needs and proactively provide solutions and support.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new FPI clients.
  • Assist with KYC, AML, documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth approvals.

Account Management & Operations

  • Support clients with account opening, transaction processing, investment documentation, and reporting.
  • Support clients with business reporting, MIS data, and operational analysis.
  • Interpret financial information to help clients with decision-making and planning.
  • Maintain accurate client records, reporting schedules, and documentation.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, investment operations, brokerage, asset management, or FPI-related roles.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is essential.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML, compliance workflows, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-first mindset.
  • Coordinate periodic reviews, due-diligence checks, and audit-related requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
