Pay: AED 6,000 + commissions per month

We are seeking a professional, client-oriented, and strategically minded Relationship Manager to support and strengthen our client relationships within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients within the real estate portfolio.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
• Understand client needs and develop strategic solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and administration, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Prepare client reports, proposals, follow-up updates, and documentation as needed.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage client issues, escalations, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Track account performance and identify opportunities for account growth and value addition.
• Support day-to-day account activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role—preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to understand client objectives and align solutions effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
• Prior experience working in Dubai’s real estate market is a strong advantage.
