Scope of Employment


The Employee shall perform Relationship Manager duties, the scope of which shall include but is not limited to:


  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.
  • Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct property presentations to prospective buyers and guide them through the sales process.
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for interested buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Prioritize client needs by actively listening and guiding them through the selection process.
  • Cultivate a respectful sales approach, avoiding excessive pushiness to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Refrain from making unapproved promises; adhere strictly to what has been approved by management.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Facilitate the closing process, guiding clients through documentation and legal requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all transactions, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Enhance the company's market presence by participating in industry events, networking, and engaging in promotional activities.


Other Responsibilities:


  • Achieve performance goals/objectives specified in the performance plan.
  • Maintain professional competence through staff development activities and meetings.
  • Provide such other services as are ancillary to the foregoing or as the Employer may reasonably request.


Qualifications/Skills:


  • Proven experience in property sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, industry trends, and legal aspects of property transactions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities.
