Scope of Employment
The Employee shall perform Relationship Manager duties, the scope of which shall include but is not limited to:

Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events.

Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Conduct property presentations to prospective buyers and guide them through the sales process.

Coordinate and conduct property showings for interested buyers, showcasing the unique features and benefits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

Prioritize client needs by actively listening and guiding them through the selection process.

Cultivate a respectful sales approach, avoiding excessive pushiness to ensure a positive client experience.

Refrain from making unapproved promises; adhere strictly to what has been approved by management.

Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.

Facilitate the closing process, guiding clients through documentation and legal requirements.

Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all transactions, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.

Enhance the company's market presence by participating in industry events, networking, and engaging in promotional activities.
Other Responsibilities:

Achieve performance goals/objectives specified in the performance plan.

Maintain professional competence through staff development activities and meetings.

Provide such other services as are ancillary to the foregoing or as the Employer may reasonably request.
Qualifications/Skills:

Proven experience in property sales.

In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, industry trends, and legal aspects of property transactions.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
