Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Relationship Manager who will be responsible for contacting registered leads and converting them into first-time depositors on the trading platform. The candidate should have good knowledge of forex, stock market, and CFD trading and strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new clients for Stock Market, Forex, and CFD trading platforms.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase trading volumes and retention
• Provide clients with platform guidance, market insights, and trading support
• Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable trading solutions
• Act as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth and active traders
• Educate clients on trading products, margin policies, leverage, and risk management
• Coordinate with dealing, support, and compliance teams for smooth client operations
• Monitor client trading activity and proactively engage to improve performance and loyalty
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
• Handle client queries, escalations, and complaints professionals

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Forex / CFD / Stock Market Sales or FTD conversion.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in international calling and lead conversion is preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Forex trading, CFDs, crypto trading, and stock markets.
• Experience handling international clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to explain market opportunities and trading benefits to new investors.

Job Type: Full-time
