The Role
We’re hiring an HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced retail business in Dubai. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver core HR support across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and policy implementation. You’ll coach managers on best practice, manage complex ER cases, and ensure HR processes are consistent, compliant, and commercially aligned. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Payroll to improve employee experience and drive measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years HR generalist/HRBP experience within retail, hospitality, or other high-volume environments. • Strong employee relations capability, confident advising managers and influencing stakeholders. • Good working knowledge of UAE labour practices and HR operations. • Comfortable with data (headcount, attrition, engagement) and turning insights into actions. • Bachelor’s degree required; CIPD or equivalent is a plus. • Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-led mindset.
