Job Description

Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to manage client portfolios and provide Sharia-compliant financial solutions. In this role, you will build strong client relationships and promote Islamic banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships and portfolios
• Provide Sharia-compliant financial advice and solutions
• Promote banking products such as financing, savings, and investments
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Comply with Islamic banking principles and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience in banking or relationship management preferred
• Knowledge of Islamic banking principles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset

Work Hours

• Sunday – Thursday: typically 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Compensation & Hourly Pay (Qatar)

Estimated Monthly Salary: QAR 10,000 – QAR 18,000
Estimated Hourly Pay: QAR 55 – QAR 105/hour
