HR Employee Relations & Compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, or HR Operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling disciplinary cases and labor law matters is required.
  • Experience in corporate or regulated environments is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and case management practices.
  • Understanding labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience in policy development and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to conduct investigations and manage disciplinary procedures.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and documentation processes.
