Job Title: Employee Experience Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and overall workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement and experience initiatives

• Design and implement programs to improve workplace satisfaction

• Handle employee feedback, surveys, and action plans

• Coordinate internal communication and engagement activities

• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle experience

• Work closely with HR teams to improve employee journey

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in HR, engagement, or employee experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative and people-focused mindset

• Arabic and English are required
