Relationship Manager – Invisalign Center
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Invisalign Center. This role is focused on patient care, clear communication, and strong follow-up. You will support patients from first inquiry up to treatment, and make sure their experience is smooth and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the doctor during consultations and help guide patients to make clear decisions
- Follow up with new and existing patients through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Send quotations and assist with insurance approvals when required
- Keep patient records, log sheets, and schedules updated and accurate
- Monitor appointments, confirm schedules, and reschedule missed visits
- Handle patient concerns in a calm and respectful way, and report when needed
- Coordinate with reception and back office for smooth daily operations
- Check daily clinic readiness (rooms, tablets, schedules)
- Track patient progress, feedback, and conversion results
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the Clinic Manager
Requirements:
- Strong customer service experience
- Good communication skills and clear follow-up approach
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage daily tasks independently
- Positive attitude, flexible, and willing to learn
- Able to handle concerns in a professional and practical way
- Can join immediately
- European is preferred
