Sales and Relationship Management:

Builds relationships with clients that are buyers of financial services through visits to major prospects and existing customers.

Develops a thorough understanding of customer’s organization, industry and global practices to maintain proximity to the clients and meet their banking needs and expectations.

Business Development:

Identifies revenue opportunities to actively sell Retail Banking products in order to support the sales targets

Maximizes product penetration and cross selling and actively seeks structured finance opportunities in-order to ensure the services required by the organization are delivered in the most effective manner.

Develops account plans in a consistent and timely manner in order to swiftly follow-up on identified action items

Product Enhancement:
-
Provides inputs and governmental demand insights to the team for loans which are commercially viable and also meet the required market demand.

Credit Approval:
-
Reviews CAs and approve them as per authority levels in order to ensure quality and completeness of all CAs before sending them to Credit for CA Review.

Collaborates with the Credit Analytics Unit and Risk Management on an ongoing basis in order to constantly secure and enhance the quality of the credit portfolio.

Continuous Improvement:

Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Reporting:

Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
2- Qualification and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting

Minimum Experience:
-
2-7years relevant experience in the banking sector
3- Technical Knowledge Areas:

Knowledge in Retail Banking products and services
-
Knowledge in client relationship planning
-
Ability in business development and planning
