Relationship Manager - Airport

About the Role:

We are seeking a smart, presentable, and polished Relationship Manager to represent our organization within a leading airport environment in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring international exposure, strong communication skills, and a refined approach to managing high-value relationships across multicultural environments.

Candidates with prior experience in any European country and strong understanding of global customer service and hospitality standards will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the airport’s premium clients, stakeholders, and internal departments.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with airlines, government entities, and VIP clientele.
• Ensure seamless coordination of services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Manage and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Support ongoing initiatives in customer experience, service quality, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on client satisfaction and relationship development.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and adherence to standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, or front-facing roles.
• Previous professional experience in any European country is mandatory.
• Proven ability to interact confidently with senior executives and multicultural clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Professional appearance and demeanor; strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Background in aviation, hospitality, or corporate client services preferred.
