Relationship Manager - Bancassurance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Build and strengthen relationships with assigned branches, BM/RMs including regular follow-ups and visit to a set number of branches.

•Serve as the primary contact person between customers, Assigned Bank’s Branch Management, Wealth RMs, and JGI, ensuring prompt customer service.

•Continuously prospect and seek referrals for motor business opportunities within the Bancassurance business through Bank’s branch Network & providing sales closure support.

•Meet assigned targets form branches and provide timely support.

•Maintain business pipeline & daily business reporting.

Requirements:

•Bachelor degree from HEC recognized university

•Experience in B2B & B2C Sales, preferably in the financial Service industry/Banks/Insurance Companies/Motor Dealership.

•Proven experience in relationship management or a similar role.
