As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow broker relationships, provide knowledge and training, and work closely with developers to boost sales. You will ensure smooth communication, resolve issues quickly, and help partners achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of independent real estate brokers
- Onboard new brokers and provide training on platforms and processes
- Assist with deal registration, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Track commissions and resolve transaction-related issues promptly
- Build strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication
- Coordinate broker participation in events and distribute qualified leads
- Monitor broker performance and provide coaching to improve results
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or client relationship management
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market, DLD, and RERA regulations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts
