HJ Properties, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is launching an innovative Broker Partnership Program and is looking for dynamic Relationship Managers to support and grow our network of independent real estate brokers.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Relationship Management
- Manage and support a portfolio of independent brokers
- Lead onboarding: registration, platform training, and first deal setup
- Provide daily operational support and resolve broker queries
- Build strong, trust-based relationships through regular communication
- Coach brokers with market insights and strategic guidance
Transaction Support
- Assist with deal registration and required documentation
- Guide brokers through the entire sales process from lead to closing
- Ensure KYC, DLD, and RERA compliance
- Track commission status and update brokers on timelines
- Resolve transaction delays or issues promptly
Events & Lead Coordination
- Coordinate broker participation in developer events and roadshows
- Distribute qualified leads through CRM and monitor follow-ups
- Support brokers in improving lead conversion
- Collect feedback to enhance lead quality and event performance
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate broker and transaction data in CRM
- Provide portfolio performance updates to management
- Ensure compliance with company processes and data standards
- Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 3–6 years’ experience in real estate sales, brokerage, client management, or sales support
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Familiarity with DLD, RERA regulations, and property sales processes
Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Good time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
