Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with brokers, support them with product knowledge, and work closely with developers to drive sales. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and helping our partners close more deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and developer partners
• Drive new business through broker and developer channels
• Provide brokers with product updates, training, and support to help close deals
• Track broker performance and ensure targets are met
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and issue resolution
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize business through partnerships

Requirements

• Proven experience working with brokers (mandatory)
• Experience working with developers is a huge advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Industry experience in real estate, banking, or insurance is a plus
• UAE market knowledge is preferred
