As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with brokers, support them with product knowledge, and work closely with developers to drive sales. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and helping our partners close more deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and developer partners
- Drive new business through broker and developer channels
- Provide brokers with product updates, training, and support to help close deals
- Track broker performance and ensure targets are met
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and issue resolution
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize business through partnerships
Requirements
- Proven experience working with brokers (mandatory)
- Experience working with developers is a huge advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Industry experience in real estate, banking, or insurance is a plus
- UAE market knowledge is preferred
