As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for strengthening and expanding partnerships with brokers, providing them with the expertise they need, and collaborating closely with developers to drive sales. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, empowering our partners, and helping them close more successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and developer partners
- Drive new business through broker and developer channels
- Provide brokers with product updates, training, and support to help close deals
- Track broker performance and ensure targets are met
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and issue resolution
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize business through partnerships
Requirements
- Proven experience working with brokers (mandatory)
- Experience working with developers is a huge advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Industry experience in real estate, banking, or insurance is a plus
- UAE market knowledge is preferred
