Job Title: Relationship Manager – Real Estate Developer

Job Purpose

To build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the successful launch and sale of the company’s real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Investor Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and HNIs.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and post-sales journey.
• Provide professional advice on projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
• Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Channel Partner Coordination

• Build and manage relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Support partners with project information, training, and sales materials.
• Drive broker engagement to increase sales closures.

Customer Service & Operations

• Ensure smooth documentation, booking, and handover processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Marketing, Finance, Oqood, etc.) for seamless transactions.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and after-sales support efficiently.

Market Insights

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Identify new opportunities to expand market presence and client base.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5+ years of real estate sales/relationship management experience (developer preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management abilities
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• UAE driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
