Job Summary:

Silver Touch Hospital is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Relationship Manager – IT to act as a key communication bridge between internal departments, IT teams, software vendors, and end users (doctors, nurses, admin staff). The ideal candidate should have strong IT skills, excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English, and a good understanding of hospital operations and healthcare software. Basic knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial, along with the ability to collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on hospital promotions, social media content, and digital outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise between medical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure effective use and support of hospital software systems.

Coordinate with doctors and department heads to gather system needs and relay them to the IT team or vendors.

Support deployment, training, and adoption of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMRs, ERPs, and other applications.

Provide first-level technical support for users and escalate issues to IT or vendors as needed.

Prepare system documentation, user guides, FAQs, and training content.

Assist in maintaining accurate reports, dashboards, and data records using MS Excel, Word, and hospital tools.

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to:

Coordinate and collect inputs for social media posts, patient stories, and health awareness campaigns.

Ensure timely content approvals from doctors or departments.

Help gather data, photos, or updates for online platforms and campaigns.

Monitor IT system performance and ensure compliance with data security and hospital standards.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or related field.

Languages: Proficient in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).

Experience: 1–3 years in IT coordination or support, preferably in healthcare or hospital environments.

Technical Skills:

Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word), hospital management software, and basic troubleshooting.

Familiarity with HIS, EMR/EHR, ERP modules, appointment systems, etc.

Other Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and documentation skills.

Basic understanding of medical terminology is an advantage.

Ability to multitask and collaborate across departments, including marketing and clinical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare IT.

Exposure to social media or digital content coordination is a plus.

Certifications in IT support, healthcare systems, or digital coordination preferred.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position; may include occasional after-hours or weekend availability for IT or marketing support needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
