Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Relationship Manager to build, nurture, and grow strong long-term relationships with our clients. As a key member of the team, you’ll support clients virtually by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while driving account growth. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through remote channels (email, phone, video calls, chat). Careers Page
- Understand client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate products or services. Careers Page
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Careers Page
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to engage clients and reinforce value. Superworks
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to deliver effective solutions. Careers Page
- Track client feedback, trends, and satisfaction to improve service delivery. Careers Page
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion. Careers Page
- Achieve performance targets such as retention rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction scores. Careers Page
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Careers Page
- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, customer success, or a similar role. Careers Page
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), especially in virtual settings. Superworks

- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and remote collaboration tools. Careers Page
