Relationship Manager - Real Estate Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients
• Proactively identify potential business opportunities and convert prospects into confirmed deals
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships
• Consistently meet and surpass assigned revenue targets
• Act as a professional representative of HJ Real Estates in all client engagements

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a sales or client relationship role; exposure to real estate .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
