Relationship Manager – Real Estate (Luxury & Off-Plan)

Location: Dubai

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Relationship Manager to lead our real estate sales efforts, with a focus on luxury properties and off-plan projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the UAE’s most prestigious branded residences while accessing a strong network, high-value inventory, and exceptional earning potential.

Compensation:
Uncapped commission structure + AED 3,000 stipend

  • JW Marriott Residences – Dubai Islands (by CG Group)
  • Wyndham Residences – Marjan Island

Additional areas of expansion include Dubai Islands, Marjan Island, Dubai South, JVC, Arjan, and DLRC.

Responsibilities

Partnership & Business Development

  • Build and manage a network of channel partners and real estate agencies
  • Identify and onboard relevant local and international partners

Sales & Client Management

  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing
  • Prospect through calls, meetings, networking, and social selling
  • Qualify leads and match them to suitable investment opportunities

Product & Market Expertise

  • Maintain strong knowledge of developers, projects, and inventory
  • Train partners on new launches and available stock

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Track daily sales activity and maintain accurate reporting
  • Update and manage client interactions within the CRM system

Brand Representation

  • Represent Invespy with professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years in real estate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Confident, energetic, and client-facing presence

Industry Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of the UAE real estate market, particularly off-plan and luxury
