Key Responsibilities:

· Interact with existing clients to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.

· Handle renewals and service upgrades for trading and investment accounts.

· Upsell and cross-sell broking products, premium plans, and advisory services.

· Educate clients about market trends, research offerings, and product features.

· Ensure timely follow-ups for account renewals and payments.

· Achieve monthly revenue, retention, and upsell targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client support.

Skills Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of the Stock Market/ Options current market trends is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team

CTC Offered:
