The role of a Relationship Manager for a real estate developer in the UAE is a sales-focused position responsible for cultivating client and broker relationships, driving property sales, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and high-net-worth individuals to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively generate and follow up on sales leads through networking, calls, meetings, events, and online platforms. The role involves closing high-value deals and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Broker and Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with real estate agencies and brokers, providing them with training and marketing support to effectively sell the developer's projects.
  • Product Expertise & Presentation: Develop deep knowledge of the developer's property portfolio, including off-plan and completed projects, to provide expert guidance and conduct impactful sales presentations to potential buyers and partners.
  • Sales Process & Documentation: Guide clients through the entire property investment journey, from initial inquiry and property viewings to ensuring smooth documentation and deal closure in line with RERA regulations and company standards.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and local property laws to identify new opportunities and provide valuable market insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and aligned strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE, with specific experience in off-plan sales for a developer or brokerage firm often preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is also typically required.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Attributes: The role demands a target-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities are often an advantage in Dubai's diverse market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
