About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Relationship Marketing Coordinator. This role is essential in fostering strong partnerships and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen analytical mind, and a passion for building relationships.

Our ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of campaign implementation and must develop a thorough understanding of our products/services and target audience. You will be expected to use that knowledge to develop and implement programs that increase the overall customer satisfaction and improve retention. This position will be responsible for discovering and cultivating cross-marketing opportunities with our partners. This involves collaborating closely with other marketing teams to create joint campaigns and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Vertical VPs and Marketing Manager to evaluate SMC’s participation in co-marketing opportunities with our partners
  • Coordinating copy and design for emails, landing pages, social media, and any other promotional materials to support co-marketing campaigns, in collaboration with other members Marketing team
  • Communicating with partners to set co-marketing expectations, hold partners accountable, and provide final deliverables, including lead share lists if applicable
  • Analyzing customer satisfaction during their journey through the customer lifecycle (awareness, engagement, evaluation, purchase, product experience, and retention)
  • Developing customer-oriented and engaging marketing campaigns and strategies for various marketing channels (such as email and social media)
  • Creating captivating content that showcases our company culture and expertise
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales growth
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage customer training and collaborate internally with coordinators

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in B2B marketing or a relevant field
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and organization skills

Base Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
