- Guide customers on offers, interest rates, and repayment options
3. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet monthly or weekly sales targets set by the bank
- Track personal sales performance
4. Customer Application Processing
- Help customers fill out application forms
- Collect required documents (ID, salary certificate, bank statement, etc.)
5. Verify Customer Eligibility
- Check customer income and documents before submitting the application
- Ensure information is accurate to avoid rejection
6. Build Customer Relationships
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients
- Encourage customers to use additional bank products
7. Follow Bank Policies
- Ensure all sales follow bank rules and compliance policies
- Avoid fraud or incorrect information
