Job Summary:
The role involves promoting and selling credit cards and personal loan products to potential customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
- Promote bank products such as credit cards and personal loans
- Explain product features, benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria
- Assist customers with application processes and documentation
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or related field (preferred)
- Experience in banking sales or financial services is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial concepts
