Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers by understanding their financial needs.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote banking products including savings and current accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as per bank guidelines.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell banking products based on customer profiles.

Customer Service

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding banking queries and service requests.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information on banking products, policies, and procedures.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure KYC, AML, and compliance documentation is completed accurately.
  • Follow UAE Central Bank regulations and internal bank policies.
  • Maintain proper records and update customer information in banking systems.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth processing.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in banking sales, relationship management, or financial services.
  • UAE banking experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to meet targets.
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/banking systems.
