Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and market outreach.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers by understanding their financial needs.

Maintain long-term relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales & Business Development
-
Promote banking products including savings and current accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products.

Achieve individual and team sales targets as per bank guidelines.

Cross-sell and up-sell banking products based on customer profiles.
Customer Service
-
Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding banking queries and service requests.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.

Provide accurate information on banking products, policies, and procedures.
Documentation & Compliance

Ensure KYC, AML, and compliance documentation is completed accurately.

Follow UAE Central Bank regulations and internal bank policies.
-
Maintain proper records and update customer information in banking systems.
Reporting & Coordination
-
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth processing.

Participate in marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Experience
-
1–5 years of experience in banking sales, relationship management, or financial services.

UAE banking experience is preferred.
Skills
-
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
-
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to meet targets.
-
Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/banking systems.
