About the Role
As a Relationship Officer (RO) or Senior Relationship Officer (SRO), you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by sourcing and managing financial products such as Business Loans, POS Loans, and Machinery Loans. This role reports to Team Leader Business Loans and is designed for professionals who thrive in a customer-centric environment, balancing sales performance with integrity, compliance, and long-term relationship building.
What you’ll be doing:
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring both short-term and long-term business objectives are met.
Source and book new business opportunities while addressing additional funding needs of existing customers.
Drive cross-selling initiatives across banking products (assets and liabilities) to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain customer centricity by delivering tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
Adhere to policies, ethics, and code of conduct while strictly following Consumer Protection Framework (CPF) guidelines.
What we’re looking for:
Highly sales-driven individual, motivated by incentives, with a strong passion for achieving and exceeding targets
Strong understanding of market competitive structures, industry practices, and regulatory guidelines
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years in banking or financial services, preferably in Business Banking or SME segments with exposure to Business Loans, POS Loans, and Machinery Loans
