Position: Relationship Officer – Credit Card Sales
Location: Dubai

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Relationship Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role focuses on promoting and selling credit card products, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell credit card products to prospective customers through direct sales channels.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable credit card solutions.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver excellent after-sales service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and prompt resolution of customer queries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
