We are Leading Indirect Sales Channels working closely with the Large Banks in the UAE to bring the Best financial solutions to our clients. Currently, we are hiring Relationship Officer/ Sr. Relationship Officer-Personal loan Sales Team for EmiratesNBD process.

Position: Relationship Officer-Personal Loan Sales

Location: Abu Dhabi , UAE

Number of Vacancies: 20+

Salary range: AED 4,000 -AED 7,000

Job Description:

The role will include onboarding new customers for Personal Loans. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
• Present and sell all Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
• Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year Sales experience of Banking Products Sales.
• Ability to identify potential Customers
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

Skill Set:

• Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
