Job Description Summary
Release Managers or Assistant managers will oversee and support the completion of all readiness activities for implementing low-complex or single-platform changes (oversee) or highly complex and multi-platform changes (support) into digital and non-digital channels, ensuring that a clear schedule of events is agreed and all governance requirements are met. They will engage with the various Service Delivery teams and Value Streams to have a clear line of sight of the change portfolio and support the Implementation activities accordingly. Release Managers will also support the design of bespoke implementation strategies to support complex/non-standard changes, viewing change from various perspectives – customer, service, performance, operations.Environment Engineer
Provide technical support of Digital test environments. Resolving all environment defects in line with SLA’s and environment deployments with Urban code and Rapid deploy. Splunk dashboard creation, trouble shooting, scripting, report writing and alerts creation. Responsible for reviewing configuration changes ensuring 4-eye checks on all process/activities are adhered to.
QE/UAT Analyst
Responsible for the preparation and execution of the relevant test activity as part of our route to live for FT, UAT & NFT as required. They are responsible for defining and obtaining any data requirements, creation of appropriate test cases, scripts and plans and seeking sign off of by the relevant stakeholder’s. They are responsible for timely execution of scripts either through automation or manual execution and will raise any defects identified to the required standards and processes following through to resolution. Any risks are to be raised and managed in accordance with risk processes and procedures.

Release Engineer

Job Description:
Managing quality gates for the implementation of business releases, being responsible for the entire release throughout its 3-week lifecycle and any post-go-live activities, such as compression testing, monitoring, or post-implementation reviews/retros.
Stakeholder management is needed to interface with the labs who contribute change to every business release, and an understanding of the motivations driving all types of change, whether business-driven, regulatory / mandatory, or service supporting.
A high amount of scheduling change on sophisticated IT environments and handling multiple dependencies is experienced with the team quickly needing to break down complex problems to deliver.
Key tasks include:
- Leading key meetings e.g. Key Decision Point sign off, Schedule of Events walkthroughs, defect war rooms, planning meetings
- Owning the creation of implementation Schedule of Events for Business Releases and non-lab driven change
- Designing and running implementation approaches for complex infrastructure changes
