About Us:

Persivia / Soliton Technologies is a global leader in AI-driven population health, chronic care management, clinical quality and real-time healthcare intelligence, with operations in Boston, Riyadh and Lahore. Our AI platform powers national-scale health transformation initiatives, real-time clinical decision support, VBC performance and digital-first care delivery.

About The Role

The Release Manager is responsible for ensuring that all product releases are planned, coordinated, and executed with precision. This role oversees the end-to-end release lifecycle from intake and scoping to development, testing, deployment, and post-release validation. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, deep understanding of SDLC, excellent communication abilities, and a meticulous approach to tracking work, risks, dependencies, and quality.

This position acts as the control tower for releases, ensuring transparency, predictability, and alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, Clinical, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Release Planning & Governance
  • Own the release calendar and ensure all teams are aligned to upcoming release milestones.
  • Facilitate release planning sessions to review scope, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for what is going into each release (features, fixes, enhancements).
  • Validate that work items meet definition of ready (DoR) before entering development.
  • Ensure clear release criteria, acceptance criteria, and release notes are defined.
  • Execution & Coordination
  • Coordinate day-to-day efforts between Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Clinical SMEs.
  • Track development progress, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, documentation, and review checkpoints.
  • Manage release readiness checklists (code freeze, QA sign-off, UAT, documentation).
  • Monitor quality metrics including test coverage, severity/priority of bugs, and release defects.
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify potential risks early (capacity constraints, technical issues, scope creep).
  • Maintain a risk log and escalate issues to leadership proactively.
  • Ensure mitigation plans are established and executed ahead of release deadlines.
  • Facilitate go/no-go decisions with a structured framework.
  • Communication & Reporting
  • Serve as the primary contact for all release-related updates.
  • Provide weekly and monthly release status reports to leadership.
  • Communicate changes in scope, timelines, or risks to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute release notes and deployment documentation for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure clients are informed and prepared.
  • Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct post-release retrospectives and track action items.
  • Implement improvements to release processes, workflows, and cross-team communication.
  • Establish KPIs for release performance (cycle time, defect leakage, release predictability).
  • Drive operational excellence and help mature the company’s release management discipline.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 - 8 years experience in project management, release management, or product operations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience working with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar project tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and testing/QA frameworks.
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications a plus.
  • Experience with cross-functional release coordination in multi-product environments.

What We Offer

  • Tax-free, remittance-based salary structure.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge HealthTech solutions impacting global healthcare.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Exposure to international teams and large-scale data platforms.
