Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple parallel release environments for our SaaS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing 3–5 projects/releases simultaneously, ensuring smooth delivery across UAT, QA, and DevOps environments. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work across teams in an Agile environment while aligning with ITIL/ITSM best practices.
Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple environments (UAT, QA, DevOps).
Coordinate release activities across multiple SaaS projects (3–5 in parallel).
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
Identify risks and resolve release conflicts or issues proactively.
Maintain release documentation and track release metrics for continuous improvement.
Drive release readiness reviews, deployment go/no-go meetings, and post-release retrospectives.
Ensure compliance with Agile practices and ITIL/ITSM frameworks.
Act as the point of contact for release schedules, communications, and coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
11+ years of experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role.
Strong background in managing SaaS application releases.
Proven experience handling multiple concurrent release environments/projects.
Hands-on experience with UAT, QA, DevOps processes and tools.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
