Key Responsibilities:
As a Release Train Engineer, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile Release Train events and processes.
This includes communicating with stakeholders, escalating progress impediments, managing risk, and driving improvement.
You will work closely with Product Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Agile Planning is required. Advanced proficiency in Agile Measurement is recommended.
Intermediate proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile Release Planning is suggested.
Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to maintain project momentum and ensure successful delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
Support the team in achieving their goals by providing guidance and resources as needed.
Monitor and report on the progress of the Agile Release Train to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of work exp
Expert proficiency in Agile Planning is required
Advanced proficiency in Agile Measurement is recommended
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework SAFe and Agile Release Planning is suggested
Associate or Bachelor's Degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
