Key Responsibilities & Duties
- PI Planning Facilitation: Leads, plans, and manages the Program Increment (PI) Planning events, creating a roadmap and ensuring team alignment.
- Impediment Removal: Identifies, escalates, and resolves bottlenecks and risks that hinder the ART's progress.
- ART Execution & Monitoring: Tracks feature completion and metrics, ensuring value is delivered as expected using tools like Jira and Kanban.
- Coaching & Leadership: Acts as a coach for teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Management on Agile and Safe practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Fosters a culture of improvement, facilitating the Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshop.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinates with stakeholders, product managers, and system architects to ensure alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or project manager.
- Certifications: Often requires SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
- Facilitation Skills: Ability to lead large-scale planning sessions (50–125+ people).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
