Religious Tourism Specialist

Location: Dokki, Giza  

Job Description:

* Design and coordinate religious and faith-based travel packages tailored to diverse client needs.

* Research, develop, and maintain relationships with religious sites, pilgrimage destinations, and local partners.

* Provide expert guidance on religious tourism destinations, cultural practices, and travel requirements.

* Assist clients with visa processing, accommodation, transportation, and special religious arrangements.

* Collaborate with marketing teams to promote religious tourism offerings through various channels.

* Ensure all travel packages comply with relevant religious, cultural, and legal requirements.

* Handle client inquiries, provide detailed itineraries, and offer personalized recommendations.

* Monitor and evaluate client feedback to continuously improve religious tourism services.

* Coordinate group tours, including logistics, guides, and on-site support for religious events.

* Stay updated on trends and developments in religious tourism to enhance service offerings.

* Design and manage Umrah programs that seamlessly combine comfort with spirituality.

* Coordinate effectively with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth and successful trip execution.

* Build and maintain a loyal customer base while consistently achieving sales targets.

* Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvements.

* Collect and act upon customer feedback to enhance overall travel experiences.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent 
• At least 5 years of proven experience managing religious tourism programs, specifically Hajj and Umrah.
• Strong network and relationships within the market with the ability to attract and retain clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of operational and organizational aspects of religious trips.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills 
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
