Key Responsibilities

Relocation Management and Delivery

Personally accompany assignees for home searches, school visits, orientations, and settling-in services
Conduct needs assessments as part of the service delivery, ensuring that each relocation plan reflects the assignee’s and client’s requirements
Ensure services are fully executed, not only arranged, with accountability for results

Service Quality & Process Excellence

Deliver services in line with client expectations, contractual scope, and company standards
Provide clear updates and communication to all stakeholders throughout service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and system update
Identify and act on opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of services delivered

Vendor & Partner Collaboration

Coordinate with approved vendors and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of specific services
Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues when necessary to maintain service standards

Reporting and Compliance

Provide status updates and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients as part of service delivery
Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and data protection requirements

Additional Responsibilities

Represent Move One during accompanied services, orientations, and client interactions.
Stay updated on local housing markets, schooling options, and cultural trends to provide accurate guidance during delivery
