Key Responsibilities

• Act as Global Process Owner for the consolidation and monitoring of local gross sales demand, ensuring validation of aggregated forecasts and alignment with regional sales and turnover targets
• Lead the entire S&OP cycle in REM as IBP Global Project Lead, ensuring seamless integration across countries and Business Units as business partner role
• Manage and continuously improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level to customers, and stock level optimization
• Oversee stock structure, including phase-in/phase-out processes, slow movers and obsoletes
• Take decisions on production allocation within the region and coordinate with factory planning on backorder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 5 years of international experience in Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Planning and Logistics within a global organization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex planning scenarios
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Strong expertise in S&OP cycle management, demand planning, supply allocation and KPI performance tracking
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
