Remodel Designer/Sales (2 YRS EXP REQ)

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remodel Designer/Sales professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their renovation needs, providing expert design solutions, and driving high-end sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for design, and a proven track record in outside and inside sales within the remodeling, interior design, or construction industries. Expertise in layout planning, and CAD software are highly valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment focused on premium residential renovations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess remodeling needs and provide tailored design solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase renovation options to clients.
• Utilize SketchUp, CAD, and lighting design tools to develop detailed layout plans and visualizations.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing, including upselling premium features and services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through account management and follow-up communication.
• Collaborate with the renovation and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing efforts to promote high-end remodeling services.
• Support inside sales efforts by managing client inquiries via phone or email and providing exceptional customer service.
• Organize project timelines, maintain organizational records, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, high-end sales, or interior design within remodeling or construction industries.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, lighting design tools, and layout creation.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell premium products or services effectively.
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, maintenance, and remodeling standards.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations and project estimations.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
